Still here....

I felt I needed to pop on and say hello, I've been neglecting my blog lately, just busy being a mum, I'm happy if not just a little frayed at the edges.

Map reading is serious business.

We've just got back after a wonderful camping trip in the forest in Snowdonia, North Wales. To say it was our first time, we did brilliantly, the tent went up (of course my very clever Warren put it up!) and despite the very very wet weather we had a wonderful time.

A little time to just be...

I need a few days of peaceful time to gather my thoughts and clear my mind. At the moment our house is full up to the brim with family, for the first time in quite a while all five of the children are at home and as lovely as it may be to have all my family around me its taking its toll on my energy to be honest. I need to find a few moments out of the very busy days to just be calm, read, even if only for a couple of minutes or so, I feel myself stretched in all directions and to take a moment for myself is necessary right now. Its not just the physical aspect that's tiring me its more the mental pulling of so many different needs, ds2 has aspergers and is quite needy right now, dd2 is 15 and going through that kind of rebelliousness but still needing to be a child phase, I've done it before and can do it again I just need to refresh my body and mind....peaceful vibes welcome :)
